Shipping & Return Policy


At this time, we do not ship our products.

Once we get the online purchase activated, however, we will have the following shipping process:

We normally ship products within 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) of the date of purchase.  We charge a flat rate for each product shipped. 

In most cases products are shipped separately with the invoice and packing slip attached.


It is our standard policy not to do returns or exchanges.

Our store has over 75 different vendors who sell items in their spaces - generating a lot of unique one of a kind items.  Some are new, and some are vintage.  It is up to you to make the decision on whether you want the product before you buy it.  Our current system doesn't support a regular return/exchange process. As such, all products are sold as is, without returns or exchanges.

The only exception is if a product was broken during shipping to your location.  Please mail  (1) a copy of the invoice, (2) a copy of the packing slip, and (3) a photo of the damaged goods with (4) your polite  written request within 5 days of your purchase.

If this exception is approved by the manager, we will send you a coupon code (store credit) for the value of the damaged merchandise.
